Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins was arrested in August 2020 and charged with conspiring to offer United States nationwide protection data to brokers of a international authorities. On November 18, the 45-year-old Gainesville, Florida, resident pleaded guilty to the cost and now faces a most penalty of life in jail.
